A master of Modern European cuisine, Arturo Granato’s passion for coaxing the maximum flavour from beautiful ingredients is rooted in his early days of cooking in Southern Italy.

A perfectionist who cooks from his heart every day, from his first experience in a three-MICHELIN-starred restaurant to leading the kitchen as Head Chef at the MICHELIN-starred Club Gascon and current head chef at, the MICHELIN-starred Galvin La Chapelle his formidable CV includes some of the best restaurants in Europe.

Searching out extraordinary ways to nurture the optimal flavour and texture from his meticulously selected seasonal ingredients, Chef Arturo presents his food with a unique, naturalistic, yet utterly precise aesthetic that enhances every element of the dish, elevated by mood, imagination and his unerring instinct.
