Chef Gary Foulkes exemplary career in the culinary arts has led him to some of the best MICHELIN-starred restaurants including Angler and The Square.
After a raft of exquisite canapés, this five-course menu spotlights the seasonal ingredients that inspire Gary Including his beloved seafood, all plated with a delicacy brought by time spent soaking up knowledge in Asia.
