Chef Jitin Joshi is renowned for his skill in infusing traditional Indian dishes with fresh, modern touches.
A thrilling blend of Indian and European flavours and ingredients, Jitin’s menu plays on the tongue, from spice to savoury to aromatic to fresh, rounded off with an Asian take on a panna cotta with a very Jitin Joshi twist.
